Meet Rosie, a long haired Chihuahua. She was rescued from the side of the road one day while an aunt and her nephew were out driving. They stopped and asked the owner if it was their dog, the lady said “Yes, but you can have her.” She was taken home by the aunt and has been living her best life with a loving family who have other dogs and cats.
