Who We Are
Welcome to the Dog and Cat Sanctuary. We are a Florida based non-profit corporation dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, shelter and permanent placement of abused, neglected and/or homeless dogs and cats.
Our Story
We started volunteer rescue efforts in Winter Haven, Florida in 2006. Today, from our Valrico, Florida base, we provide a safe and loving home for dozens of dogs and cats at a time and have helped to find permanent homes for hundreds of others.
Our Mission
It is our long-term mission to match 1 million lonely elderly shut-ins with 1 million homeless dogs and cats, and with the help of our fellow community, we believe that we can make this dream a reality.
